Hi Joachim,
This is a cngl.ie specific issue and not a Labjam issue.
If you want someone who is in Labjam to appear on cngl.ie, click on the cngl.ie tab in Labjam (only available to centre manager)> select that user from the list> check data> click save... then wait a day or two and he/she will be on the people page at cngl.ie
Hi Joachim,
Labjam in its core is not built to facilitate any other website. I have built some features into Labjam that makes it 'easy' to feed information stored in Labjam into the cngl.ie (only) website. CNGL's centre manager can create users, but also has access to a form where more cngl.ie specific info can be entered. The case with Gabriel is that he was created as new user, but his alumni status was not set and thus marked NULL. In the website we look specifically for a boolean value. So, the quick fix is when a user is created to also have a look at his/her profile on the cngl.ie tab in Labjam. The long term fix would be for me to enter default info when a new user is created.
Don't know Joachim, I did not change anything, maybe a cache issue? Bear in mind that changes made in Labjam are not immediately reflected on cngl.ie... it takes up to two days, but are mostly updated the next morning.
Hi Sophie, Try adding Jennifer to a track/project...

There are publications in Labjam that are not ready to be shown to the world, but are there as part of a review trajectory, they should not be indexed by the bings and the googles.
Hi Dave, that happens sporadically, Logout and Login again usually does the trick. I'll look into what causes this behaviour.
Everyone who attends should be tags. I tagged everyone @ the CNGL II meeting however there is a bug with the stream display so only 1/3 of the people tagged show up. This is getting fixed.

There are two stages that define the status of a publication. First there is the stage that deals with internal (IP) review and then there is the peer review stage where your publication is ready to be submitted for a conference etc. both stages have a status accepted. One is accepted by the IP committee and the other is when it is accepted by the conference, journal, etc.
I see your confusion after doing the search you described. Take what is in the stream as the correct information. The search result needs to be updated.
Thanks.
Joris
