Hey Joachim, if you view your full profile you will be able to view all of the activities & publications attached to your account...click on the "Users" tab and then click "View Profile" by your name. All of your existing CNGL publications are in the system but there is a bug that isn't displaying them.  With that said all of your new stuff will show up under View Profile.

Yes, both projects show up in the stream even when you are only logged onto one.  We will make that upper right "Change Track" link more explicit...shortly it will show Project & Track (i.e. CNGL:Operations or PLUTO:WP1)

Yes, that was by design...you are able to edit & mark a publication as "Withdrawn" but not entirely delete one.  

Good catch, we have made Event Name an optional field and noted it as such.
