What kind of publication types would NOT have a submission date?

If the co-author has been created already that means that they don't have to be created again, have you tried picking them from the drop down menu?

Sorry, this was a javascript issue where the list with Journals did not get updated client-side. Now fixed 

We can see in the log files that you tried to upload an image that exceeded the max height or width.  Also if you have a gravatar, the gravatar can't be overruled by any image you upload.
