There was an issue with the Feedback modal. Should be fixed now. Please let me know if you are still having issues.

activity creation crashes
After I entered the details for a meeting (with details same as last week apart from the date), http://app.labjam.com/index.php/activities/create does not return any response and the activity is not added to the stream. Tried twice. - Joachim

Event field does not work when submitting an activity
Both with direct text input and using the plus sign, filling out the "add event" form and adding the event does not save the event, or at least the activity view fails to show the event.

Bug: University not saved properly in My Profile
When I edit my profile, the drop down seems to suggest that I am in DCU, despite the fact that I am in TCD.

cannot select year for metrics
The drop down box "Current year" under all metrics pages is empty. If the user is not supposed to change the year to be viewed, there should be no input box at all. Furthermore, if I replace "2012" in the location line (URL) to "2011", the contents of the page still says "2012", for example see http://app.labjam.com/index.php/metrics/acceptances/university/2011- Joachim and Fiona

Event List
When adding an activity to the system I am requested to specify the event that it corresponds to. This can be done by selecting an existing event from the drop down menu or creating a new event. Are these events global (everybody sees the same list) or just my events? If it is a global list, what will happen when there are hundreds of predefined events in the system?

This has been resolved with a jquery widget that automatically matches events as you start typing.

Rejected papers submitted to a different venue
What should happen to a paper that has been rejected from one conference but is resubmitted to a different conference. Such a paper could have quite significant changes based on feedback from first conference. As I see it, there are two options, edit the existing entry in the system to reflect the new target conference or close the existing entry and create a new one. I guess the appropriate option would depend on the impact on the IP clearance process
