Hi Dave, that happens sporadically, Logout and Login again usually does the trick. I'll look into what causes this behaviour.

External co-author does not appear in publication
created a conference publication that has a non-CNGL/external co-author, and his name does not appear in the more details section of the publication.

Description OR Abstract
Each Publication has a part of "Abstract" in Labjam. I think this is what we had "Description" in drupal. When I see word Abstract, I assume it is the abstract of the paper not a description of paper...confused between two words...

Editorial/Review Activity, incorrect error message
When submitting a new review activity, I left the event field blank. The system then prompted me to "Please provide the company name", which is the incorrect error string.

Search still doesn't find publication authors and co-authors
Not sure whether you will read my reply to "Search Windows" as it is marked "answered". This is still an issue. I suggest to either fix this bug or to disable and grey out the selections "publications" inside the search box.
