Editorial/Review Activity, clarification on meaning of date field

Anonymous 13 years ago updated by Joris Vreeke 13 years ago 1
When adding a new editorial/review activity there is a date field, which only allows a single day to be specified. The PC of a workshop/conference usually occurs over a period of time so I suppose that the start date would be appropriate here. Might be worth clarifying this in the name of the field.

Activity entries - locked once created?

Ian O'Keeffe 13 years ago updated by Joris Vreeke 13 years ago 1
Hi, I don't seem to be able to re-visit an Activity I entered to add/update details. Are entries locked once created? I couldn't think of a suitable URL for tutoring students in AILO, as it was not an online activity, but now want to add the cngl ailo weblink. But, I can't!

You should be able to edit all activities now.

publications not showing on main list on public website

Joachim 11 years ago 0

There are publications that appear on an individual researcher's public profile, for example Qun's http://www.cngl.ie/profile/?i=463 , but are missing on the main publication list http://www.cngl.ie/research/publications/ - in the example of Qun, searching for "Wenbin" yields no results on the public list while there are 2 publications with this co-author on Qun's profile i=463. - Joachim

I'm entering a few meetings with Raphael Rubino and others and when entering the 3rd of 4th meeting and clicking on Raphael, I got the error message "An Error Was Encountered - The URI you submitted has disallowed characters."

Viewing one's own publications, activities etc

Joachim 12 years ago updated by Joris Vreeke 12 years ago 4
It would be very useful to be able to restrict the view to just those entries relevant to oneself. For example, to maintain my list of publications, I need to be able to quickly see which ones are already in the system. Note that these are not just the publications I submitted to the system but all publications that I (co-)authored.

Yeah...the ability to filter what information is made public has been requested by a couple of folks.  Looking to include it in the next development cycle.

Publications: Whom to contact to correct bibliographic entries

Joachim 11 years ago 0

In the view showing publication entries on Labjam and maybe also on the public website there should be a hint to contact Sophie to get a bibliographic entry corrected.
